Standard orders require 24–48 hours. Custom cakes require 5 days’ notice. Please confirm availability with Jazmyne; a custom request is not a booking until the details are agreed.

What about allergies or dietary needs?

Please discuss allergies and dietary needs with Jazmyne before purchasing. Ingredients and preparation vary, so we cannot promise suitability through the website alone.

Can I change or cancel an order?

A full refund is available with 48 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations receive no refund. Contact Jazmyne with your order reference for changes or other cancellation timing.

Do you offer delivery?

Local delivery is available within 10 miles, with a $50 minimum order. Contact Jazmyne to confirm delivery eligibility and arrangements before paying.
